The terms governing the use of CareLink Home services.
Our Services
CareLink Home provides home nursing and caregiver services including elderly care, post-surgery care, bedridden patient care, and specialised clinical procedures. Services are subject to caregiver availability and an assessment of the patient's needs.
Bookings & Requests
Submitting a care request does not guarantee immediate service. Our coordinator will confirm availability, scope of care and pricing before care begins.
Pricing & Payment
Fees are communicated transparently before care commences and are based on the type and duration of care. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice for cancellations or changes so we can reallocate our caregivers. Specific cancellation terms will be shared during booking.
Limitation of Liability
Our caregivers deliver care to professional standards, but CareLink Home is not a substitute for emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, please contact 999 or your nearest hospital.
